General requirements & Drivers Qualifications

You must be older than 23 years, and have had your license for more
than a year. Unfortunately, if you are over 75 years old, you are unable
to rent a car.

When making a reservation, you do not need to have your drivers
license, but you do need to have it with you on pick up of the vehicle.
Clients that are from outside of the E.U Zone, will need to have an
international drivers license with them that has been issued in their
country of origin.

General terms of use and conditions

If there is a need for any additional payments after the rental period has ended, we will inform you behand via email. Below are the possible reasons for this to happen:
*Parking and traffic fines
*Vehicle damages or fuel level below the pick up level

In the case of damage you have caused, that is not covered by insurance, you will be charged accordingly. All the necessary paperwork will be completed and all pricing is from D.A.T Greece, which is the international website used for pricing parts and repairs, used by car repair companies for transparency for our clients. You also receive all the necessary paperwork so you can submit to your own insurance company if you have.

When you drop the car back to us, we check the fuel level and for any damages. The booking is automatically closed when this process is complete.

No matter where you are on one of our 3 islands, we have 24 hour road side assistance.

You can take your rental across to any of the 3 Ionian Islands of Kefalonia, Lefkas and Zante. We have offices on each of these islands and can assist you if needed. Please call us before your trip so we are aware that you will be moving the vehicle to another island.

You can give us a call or email us and if the car is available for a longer period, we can do the extension. Please take note that an extension is not always possible during the peak months due to availability.

We know that accidents can happen and we are available to our clients 24 hours a day. Please call us immediately on the phone number
0030 26710 29500 and please stay at the scene of the accident. We will arrange everything from there on out and provide a replacement vehicle for you as well.

If at any point during the rental period, you are having issues with the vehicle, please call us immediately and we will sort out any issues or replace the vehicle.

Yes, the additional driver must be over 23 years old, and have had their license for over a year.

You return the car to us, with the same level of fuel as you received the car. If the fuel is less, there will be a refuelling charge, over and above the fuel cost.

Your deposit is returned after any rental expenses have been charged from it. (Only in the event of damage to the vehicle not covered by the insurance). The time frame for the amount to reflect back in your account, depends on your credit card and bank. It can take up to 21 working days for this to reflect in your bank account.

You are not obligated to take our insurance packages, however in the event of damage to the vehicle, you will be charged for the amount in accordance to the damages.
If you have insurance from another company via your credit card, insurance excess is applied according to the vehicle category. At vehicle drop off we will submit to you the copies of the documents that can resubmit to your insurance.

Loss of personal items from the vehicle
Parking tickets, fines and traffic violations
Costs due to refuelling with the incorrect fuel
Loss or damage to car key
Damage to the interior of the vehicle
Expenses incurred due to misuse of the vehicle.
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Expenses incurred while driving on a dirt road
Costs to remove the vehicle from inaccessible areas.
Damage costs caused by a person driving the vehicle that is not stated as main or additional driver.

Yes, you can, but this must be approved by us ahead of time.

Authorization or deposit is a temporary reservation of funds that guarantees payment of possible added expenses. The amount of the deposit if needed, depends of the vehicle category.
