Rental Conditions:

  • The driver must have a valid European driving licence or an international driving licence.
  • The renter must be at least 23 years old and have had a valid driving licence for at least one year.
  • The renter will be responsible for paying for all traffic tickets and the value of the gasoline used. The renter must return the vehicle with the same amount of petrol as received on the first day. There is no refund for unused petrol.
  • Reservations should be made by car category, not specific car type.
  • Minimum rental period for pre-bookings is 3 days.
  • The 25th hour of rental is free of charge, but an extra day will be charged for rentals beyond the 26th hour.
  • Car rentals during the high season will depend on availability.
  • Reservations should be made at least 7 days prior to arrival, or they will be subject to availability.

Insurance Conditions:

  • Third Party Insurance (TI)

    coverage for the vehicle rented includes Third Party Liability with a maximum cover of EUR 750.000,00 for death and injury per victim and material damages to third parties up to 750.000 €. per accident.

    Excluded from the insurance is the use of the vehicle for the transport of dangerous goods. All insurance cover as part of the rental contract will become void, in particular, if an unauthorized driver has used the vehicle or if the driver of the vehicle does not possess the required driver’s licence at the time of the event giving rise to claim

  • Collision Damage Waiver removes the driver’s responsibility to a part of the vehicle in case of damage or theft, provided that traffic laws where not contravened.

    If CDW is not accepted the customer will be held liable for the full value of the car.
    If CDW is accepted, customer is only responsible for the following amounts: 480€ + VAT for A and B group, 550€ + VAT for the C, C auto, N, D, S and H1 category and 1000€ + VAT for the F category.

    driver from the above amounts, but additional daily fee applies.
  • Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) covers the driver with sum of 30.000,00 €
  • The driver is always responsible for loss or damage of the car key, damages to tires, car parts underneath the vehicle and the cabin.

 Important note:

None of the insurances cover damages caused by infringement of the traffic law, as well as the loss or damage of the car key *, damages to tires, car parts underneath the vehicle and the cabin.

* Note:  In case of loss or damage of car key during the rental the driver is liable for following charges: a) 60€ +VAT for car groups A. b) 100€ + VAT for B, C, C auto, D, S and N categories and c) 250€ + VAT for H1 and F categories.

Delivery & Collection:

  • Upon delivery, the driver must show a valid driving licence, passport, voucher (for pre-bookings only), and a credit card (MasterCard or Visa). In case the driver is not a credit card holder, they must pay the full amount of the excess, which will be returned at the end of the rental.
  • Delivery and collection service within city limits is free. Outside city limits or outside office hours (9:00-21:00) a fee of 25€ will be charged.

Additional Conditions:

  • No additional driver surcharge applies
  • Renters are not allowed to transfer cars outside the island without written permission from the office.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover card, an additional 2% for bank commission will be charged for credit card use.
  • Cash is also accepted.
  • Extras such as baby seats have additional fees.
  • Renters are not allowed to take cars outside the island without written permission.
  • In case of loss or damage of car key during rental driver is liable for the charges: a) 60€ +VAT for car groups A. b) 100€ + VAT for B, C, C auto, D, S and N categories and c) 250€ + VAT for H1 and F categories.
  • Car relocation (island hopping). If the Drop Off location is diferent island than the pick up island location, the charge will be 150,00€
